Doug Dearth
Director / Producer / Editor  
Doug's producing career started in 1999 as Associate Producer on The Jack Bull, an HBO movie of the week. Recently, Doug again teamed up with New Crime Productions to co-produce the feature Grace Is Gone. Grace Is Gone premiered at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award: Dramatic and the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award. It was then picked up for distribution by The Weinstein Company.
Doug recently finished post-production on War, Inc., a film in which he served as Co-Producer and Second Unit Director. He was highly involved with the music for the film, Supervising the production of multiple songs performed in the film by Hilary Duff and working with the film's composer, David Robbins, to develop the score, he was also very involved with creating the soundtrack for the film.
Doug served as Director and Producer on 9,000 Needles, which is the first film produced under the banner of his new production company, One In A Row Films.

Michael Gleissner
Executive Producer  
Michael has served as Executive Producer on movies such as 3 Needles (Lucy Liu, Sandra Oh), Shanghai Kiss (Kelly Hu) and The Curiosity Of Chance (Tad Hilgenbrink, Chris Mulkey). He made his directorial debut with the award-winning feature film Irreversi. Titled Hui Lu in Mandarin, Irreversi, the English version, was shot recently in Hong Kong. Gleissner is currently directing and producing two feature film projects: Deep Gold, which is being shot entirely on location in Cebu, Philippines, and Victim Of Circumstance (working title), a drama exploring the problem of human trafficking in Vietnam.
Kacy Andrews
Executive Producer

Kacy Andrews is CEO of Bigfoot Entertainment, and has been actively involved in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. She spent nine years in both production and project development at Hyperion Pictures, where she was a producer on Miramax's Playing By Heart (Sean Connery, DennisQuaid and Angelina Jolie.) Her portfolio also includes work on the feature Tom's Midnight Garden, the ABC children's television series Bone Chillers and numerous animated projects including FOX's Life With Louie, HBO's Happily Ever After, Fairy Tales for Every Child (Denzel Washington, Robert Guillaume and Whoopi Goldberg), and Paramount Pictures' The Oz Kids. Kacy was Executive Producer on the teen comedy feature The Curiosity of Chance, the psychological thriller Within, as well as the documentary USS Cooper. Her most recent producing credits are the feature thrillers Irreversi and Hui Lu, shot concurrently in Hong Kong. Kacy also recently served as Executive Producer on Deep Gold, and is currently producing the feature film Victim Of Circumstance.

Stephen Nemeth
Executive Producer
Stephen Nemeth formed and oversees Rhino Films, the independent film company that originated as a division of iconoclast record label Rhino Records, and has produced several critically-acclaimed major motion pictures, including Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, Ivan's xtc. and Dogtown Z-Boys. Nemeth is currently producing several documentary and feature film projects, including Fields Of Fuel, detailing the history of biodiesel. He is also in the process of helping form Amnesty International Films, an offshoot of the non-profit human rights organization.
Caroleen Feeney
Executive Producer

Actor/Producer Caroleen Feeney has been in movies such as Escape From LA, Avalanche, and  Happy Hour. She has produced documentaries such as Anita O’Day: The Life Of A Jazz Singer, Flow: For Love Of Water, and The Garden. Most recently, she was Executive Producer of 9,000 Needles, a documentary about an American stroke survivor who found alternative healthcare treatment in China after being denied insurance in the United States.
Igor Desyatnikov
Executive Producer

Igor Desyatnikov produced and acted in Roland Joffe’s 2008 film You & I, starring Mischa Barton (Homecoming, The O.C.), Shantel VanSanten (Final Destination, One Tree Hill) and Anton Yelchin (Terminator Salvation, Star Trek). In 2004, he also produced a music video in Russia for the music Chudnaya Dolina by Mr. Credo.

Douglas Busby
Douglas Busby’s vast experience in film and television has spanned almost two decades. He has more than 80 film and television productions to his credit, including working as a director, producer, assistant director, camera operator, camera assistant and actor for such companies as Universal Pictures, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, and Sony Entertainment. 
Busby recently returned from China where he co-produced 9,000 Needles, a documentary on traditional Chinese medicine and its effects on stroke patients. He is currently working with Dr. Mark Jude Tramo of Harvard’s Institute of Music & Brain Science to cinematically and scientifically translate the effects of music on the mind, body and emotions.
